Lawrence, M.'Larry', an 11 year resident of Santa Fe, passed away on February 06, 2004 after a long illness at age 58.

He is survived by his wife Sarah Jane Heon; his daughter Holly, her husband Ash Jacobsen and their children, Alex, Emerson and June; and son, Mark Davis, his wife Twila and their son Nicholas, and three beloved dogs, Pepper, Quincy and Lucy.

 Prior to his private law practice in Santa Fe, he represented the Inn at Loretto and the Kirkpatrick family. Before moving to Santa Fe, Larry spent 17 years with the Bank of Oklahoma and rose to Sr. V.P. of their Commercial Real Estate Division. Other career highlights included senior banking industry positions in Massachusetts, Kansas and Missouri.

Larry was a Member of the Bar in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Massachusetts. Larry graduated from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tulsa, College of Law.

He served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam conflict as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Air Defense Artillery.

A memorial service is being scheduled in the near future. Interment will be in the Heon family burial site in Nashua, New Hampshire, the city where Larry was born.
